Will I receive the same products that I see in the picture?

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Log In: Go to our website and log into your account using your email and password.
  2. Account Dashboard: Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard by clicking on your profile icon or account name at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Order History: In your account dashboard, find and click on the "Order History" or "Purchase History" section.
  4. View Receipts: You'll see a list of all your past orders. Click on the specific order for which you want to view the sales receipt.
  5. Receipt Details: Once you select the order, you can view and/or download the detailed sales receipt.

How can I return an item?

Returning an item is simple and straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Start by reaching out to our customer service team at support@surgemh.com to initiate the return. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Request Return Authorization (RA): Our support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
  3. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Track Your Return: If applicable, use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
  6. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return.

Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock?"

Our goal is to ensure you have access to the forklifts and material handling equipment you need. When an item is marked as "Out of Stock," it generally means it's currently unavailable, but we often restock popular items. Here’s what you should do:

  1. Check Back Regularly: Stock levels are updated frequently, so an item marked as "Out of Stock" today might be available soon.
  2. Sign Up for Notifications: If available, sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. You’ll receive an email alert when the item is restocked.

Where can I ship my order?

You can ship your order to any valid street address. We offer both domestic and international shipping. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Here are more details on our shipping destinations:

  • Canada: Shipments to Canada are also available with standard and expedited options.

International Shipping
