  2. Bank Transfers
    • Customers may opt to pay via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided at checkout.
    • Please ensure to include your order number as the payment reference to avoid delays in order processing.
  3. PayPal
    • For your convenience, we accept payments through PayPal.
    • Pay securely using your PayPal account or with your credit card via PayPal’s platform.
  4. Payment Plans and Financing

  5. Checks
    • We accept business and personal checks. Please make checks payable to SURGE MH LLC.
    • Orders paid by check will be processed once the check clears, which may take up to 7 business days.
  6. Purchase Orders (PO)
    • Approved business customers may use Purchase Orders for their transactions.
    • Please contact our sales team to set up a purchasing account and obtain approval for PO payments.
  1. Payment Terms: Net-30
  • For qualified business customers, we offer Net-30 payment terms. This allows you to receive your forklifts and material handling equipment now and defer payment until 30 days after the invoice date.

Who Qualifies?

  • Net-30 terms are available to approved business customers with a verified credit history.
  • To apply for Net-30 terms, please contact our sales team and provide the necessary documentation, including references and financial statements.

 

How It Works:

  1. Order Placement: Place your order and choose Net-30 terms at checkout.
  2. Invoice Issuance: An invoice will be generated and sent to your billing address once your order ships.
  3. Payment Due Date: The payment is due 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice.
  4. Payment Submission: Payments can be made via bank transfer, check, or other agreed-upon methods.

Late Payments:

  • A late fee of 10% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.
  • Accounts with consistently late payments may have their Net-30 privileges revoked.

Credit Limit:

  • Approval for Net-30 terms includes a specified credit limit based on your company's financial health and history.
  • Regular reviews of your credit performance may lead to adjustments in your credit limit and payment terms.
