- Order Processing
All forklift and material handling equipment orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Order processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to heavy order volume, but we strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.
- Shipping Options & Transit Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your specific needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 14-21 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 7-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
Please note that these transit times apply to domestic shipping. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.
- Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for forklifts and material handling equipment are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. You will be provided with an estimated shipping cost at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $10,000 within the continental United States.
- Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress online. Please ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is accurate to receive timely updates.
- International Shipping
International shipping is available for most of our products. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
- Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work to resolve any delivery issues promptly. Note that we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns Policy
- Return Eligibility
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or special-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Used or damaged equipment
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns, but we will work with you to ensure the replacement item meets your needs.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a detailed description and photos of the damaged or defective item(s) for evaluation. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
- Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
